Background
We are looking to speak with Design Coordinators to work for a principal contractor who are looking to strengthen their existing design team in the Lincoln area. They specialise across a multitude of sectors including civil engineering, utilities and residential.
In return they are offering a starting salary in the region of £40,000 - £45,000 pa plus benefits including;

Main Responsibilities and duties:
- Liaise with the sub-contracted design team while working closely with the commercial and operations teams along with external client to produce sound solutions
- Ensure that there is technical and specification compliance in place prior to approval, identifying problems with the design development and feedback to the wider team
- Coordinate required site surveys / data gathering once scope has been established
- oversee design process against pre-construction programme and overall project delivery budget
Education / Experience required;
- An industry related degree or professional qualification
- Previous experience of working in the utilities/water sectors
- Hold a full UK driving licence for occasional travel to sites etc
