Position: Earthworks Engineer
Location: Bedfordshire/Buckinghamshire
Package: Negotiable
The Site Engineer will be tasked with:
· Using EDM, GPS and machine control to monitor the earthwork volumes
· processing of design models for machine control GPS application
· setting out of minor earthworks operations where machine control cannot be utilised
· undertaking site testing
· Management of earthworks engineering activity
· Liaising with the design and commercial teams
· Arranging and overseeing external test companies
· Quality Assurance and report writing
To be successful in the role, you will:
· Have proven experience within earthworks
· Be experienced with Land Surveying and Site Engineering
· experience of earthworks modelling software
· Have machine controlled GPS Experience
· Have a valid CSCS card
· SSSTS or SMSTS Card
