Position: Engineering Surveyor
Location: Bedfordshire/Buckinghamshire
Package: Negotiable
Role:
· Manipulating CAD
· Calculating volumeterics
· Handling designers
· You will be responsible for producing multiple 3D Site Models and Cut and Fill Models
· Liaise with the client to acquire information
· 3D modelling of Tender and secured projects
· Run Take-Off reports to establish strip, bulk cut/fill and dressing quantities
· Export of 3D designs and issue for machine control and site engineers
· Drafting of drawings to submit to the client
· Value Engineer the projects by balancing the site earthworks and exploring stabilising/traditional options
· Revise models with design updates from the client and keep the sites up to date
· Quantify variations
· Assist with Test Grid and Earthworks Strategy documents
