Position: Pre construction Manager
Package: Negotiable
The purpose of this Pre-Construction Manager role will be to oversee the pricing of work and the management of the project programme updates. This will include managing and where required:
· Undertaking take-off’
· Preparing and negotiating sub-contract enquiries
· The production of a Target Cost summary for the Framework schemes.
· Working closely with the Framework Manager, Planner, Operational and Commercial Staff to ensure a fully risk assessed and compliant Target Cost.
Experience:
· Previous experience manager in the civils sector
· An engineering background or equivalent
· Experienced in planning and programming software
· Good working knowledge of the NEC4 contract
· Experienced in construction management processes and techniques.
